This inaugural workshop is for scientists wanting to incorporate media and communication tools into their research.
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our inaugural Imidibaniso Bootcamp: Media Hacks for Scientists aimed to support scientists’ communication efforts. The Bootcamp will take place on 10 February 2023 at Stellenbosch University.
The Bootcamp is a one-day intensive workshop where scientists will get inspired with strategies for successful communications. Participants will be introduced to key practical and theoretical concepts to help make sense of the role of media in science and society.
The Bootcamp will be an annual event which will bring great media and communications researchers, practitioners and advisers to share their insights.
